Mako Mining Corp. (TSX-V: MKO; OTCQX: MAKOF) (“Mako” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that effective at the opening on November 17, 2020, 35,500,000 common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) under the symbol “MKO.WT.A”. The Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement financing of the Company completed on July 16, 2020 and are governed by a warrant indenture between the Company and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as warrant agent. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.60 per share until January 16, 2022.
