Golden Reign Appoints Braam Jonker As Non-Executive Chairman

Golden Reign Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GRR) (the “Company” or “Golden Reign”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Abraham (Braam) Jonker as its non-executive Chairman.
Mr. Jonker has more than 20 years of extensive management, accounting and corporate finance experience across 5 continents, mostly in the mining industry. He currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Mandalay Resources Corp (MND: TSX). Braam has been a Golden Reign Board member and Chair of the Company’s audit committee since October 2015.
